”I don’t believe in diets at all, actually. When you forbid yourself from eating something then that will be just what you crave. Plus, I think people and well, celebs, have made this diet-thing such a big deal. Im not a fan of it at all.”

“I will admit that I love chocolate, bakery and junkfood. And I have no portion control what so ever. But thanks to a restrained apatite, I eat whatever I want whenever I want.”

“It’s ironic how you’re being praised for something that bothered you but for me, that’s the best feeling ever – people love something that you didn’t and then you start to love it, too.”

“When I was younger, I worked out to stay in shape which most people do. This made me hate exercising and I’m too self-indulgent to do something I don’t like, so I stopped for a while. Then I started doing things I actually like; boxing, dancing and some yoga. Not to stay in shape, but to have fun and to learn the art of them. The calorie burn is just a bonus.”

“I don’t believe in dieting because the psycologial part will get to you at the end of restraining yourself. And since I love food and don’t have a natural portion control-mind, I ditched my apatite. This way I feel like I can eat anything I want, anytime and still loose weight.”

“I think many celebs do crazy things to always be in the spotlight. I’ve even heard that many female actors give birth do their baby a month before due because that’s when you get the stretchmarks and your tummy really starts to grow but I mean, come on. You may be famous but you’re still a mother. And there is a reason why God made it 9 months and not 8. I think it’s a egoistic thing to do – just to stay in shape!”

“I’ve always had too many interests and too little time. I’m a renaissance person, I would say. I’d like to learn so many things and languages and I’ve had these goals since I was 17. To come and think about it, I was a real clever and ambitious kid.”

“I am who I am. I love the academic world and I love Hollywood. When people asked me what I wanted to become, my answer was: A respected psychiatrist and a Hollywood celebrity. Or I would answer “An author and actor.” My interests has always been far away from each other but I fulfilled my goal and I managed to combine them both into my life. There is no greater feeling!”

“All my life, I did as most people; trying to categorize myself. Then I realized that no words can describe me or anyone else; people can differ from each day. So I am who I am and we’ll see what category people put me in.”

“To be honest, I think many celebrities are dramaqueens. They say that being famous is hard but they knew from the start what they got themselves into. Plus, being a hard working person with an average job with a salary that’s just enough to pay bills and a little more – that much more hard. I’m famous and I’m loving it because this was my goal and I would never complain.”

“Who I’d like to date? When it comes to celebs, I have a very long list. But people with that personality I could se myself click with is probably Will Smith, Ryan Gosling and Edward Norton to begin with…And probably Johnny Depp and Pharrell. For me, it’s all about the personality and wheather you click or not. A boring, self-satisfied person who is filled with himself is fun for a week, not more.”

“I grew up with music from the 90’s and I still listen to it almost everyday. I’m a very nostalgic person and I tear up when watching old musicvideos. I’m also a huge fan of Bob Marley and at times, Tupac and Michael Jackson. I also enjoy music from the 50-80.”

“I’m a bookworm with an interest for beauty.”

“I’ve read all the classics and I love my job as a psychologist.”

“I remembered being kind of disappointed when every celebrity said that they were against plastic surgery. And then pissed off when they obviously had gotten things done themselves, even if it were small things. I don’t se myself as a hypocrite so I’m going to be honest; yes I am against people searching for perfection or trying to look like someone else or obsessions. But, if you have considered getting something done and only if you do it for you, then why not? If something is holding you back in life that you can fix, then why don’t you fix it? I’m not talking about too small lips or wrinkles. But if you for example are being bothered by your nose, so bothered that you avoid drawing attention to yourself then I say go for a nose job.”

“The only true diet is to loose your apatite. Nothing else will ever work.”

“I’m a real girl but I’m also a dreamer. I can’t imagine myself being 100% realistic, it’s just not me.”

“Many celebs are being stereotyped. You have to keep in mind that we’re all people and just because you live in Hollywood doesn’t mean you’re a shallow, self-indulgent, dieting person.”

“If I believe in plastic surgery? I believe in being happy. So if that’s what makes you happy, then go for it.”

“Personally, I have to feel good in myself in order to make others happy.”

“People are afraid to live. They don’t want to go after their dreams because they are scared of failing. There are a lot of things they would like to learn but they don’t let themselves to. I say get out there and start living – small steps at first!”

“My interests and hobbies are to make myself happy.”

“It’s something about the old days that speaks to me…People from hundreds of years ago has so much you can learn from. I’m a huge fan of Oscar Wilde, Tjechov, Goethe and Julian Vernes. ”

“Beauty has so many faces and shapes! I once made a list of the most beautiful women in Hollywood according to myself and I realized that not one of them looked like the other.”

“A combination of self-diciplin and freedom is the key to happiness.”

“I don’t know weather to laugh or cry when I hear about all the crazy diets. I want to make something clear for every man or woman looking for the right diet to follow; we know for a fact that the only way to loose weight is to get rid of more calories than you intake. Every diet that is out there is based on this – low amout of calories. It doesn’t really matter what diet you follow or what you eat or when you eat it. They say that portion control is the best way of staying in shape – why do you think it is that? Well, because portion control leads us back to calorie control. So, what do you do if you like food, sweets, don’t like exercising and can’t stick to scheduled times to eat? Calorie control! Eat whatever you want whenever you want but watch the amount.  Learn what is high in calories and what is not. Live after it. Apatite suppressor if you’re having a hard time to manage it. Apatite suppressor helps you to intake less calories. So, eat what you want, whenever you want, don’t diet and exercise just for the fun of it.”

“I love eggs. And fried chicken. And cheese. And bakery. And chocolate. And donuts. And fast food. And lamb. And lobster.”

“I just accepted the fact that carb isn’t for me. You have to know what works for you and what doesn’t. I do eat carbs occasionally, like when my mom makes dolma or when I eat out or when it’s a dish that I really love.”

“ You have to remember that there is always good people out there. Never lose faith in humanity – for every bad person you meet, there are a hundred of good ones.”

“I watched a documentary about extreme nationalists in France and how they vandalized Muslim areas. And they then filmed two men; one of them around 50 and the other around 20. The older man said that he thinks it’s ridiculous that people have to deal with their identity crisis. I laughed a lot. And the young man said that he’s ashamed to be French when he saw them, and that he would burn his ID if that’s what it takes. We live in France, we shouldn’t have to put up with this. And he was French.”

“When I see demonstrations against racism with a white person leading it, it makes me smile.”
